This two storey Georgian-fronted building, opened in the early 1900s, hosts a lounge bar   downstairs, a la carte and bistro upstairs. Roma’s is steeped in history. It has been a pub for over 70 years and a family-run business for 50 years. 

The grill bar and bistro have been recently refurbished and accommodates everyone, catering for functions of up to 130 people.  Located in Newtownards town centre, Roma’s is fully licensed with house specialities including fresh fish, steak and bistro dishes.  As Newtownards is situated at the northern tip of Strangford Lough, locally caught fish are readily available and head chef Linda Townley sources Roma’s fish, meat and vegetables from local farms.
